Our Priority Is Protecting Our Peace & Our Family

No more commutes to Santa Clarita for the cast of The Valley, as Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez are leaving the Bravo reality series after three seasons.

News of Sanchez and Booko’s departure comes as Season 4 ramps up production. The couple had been part of the ensemble cast since it premiered in 2024.

“We wanted to share a quick update that we will not be returning to The Valley,” read a statement shared by the couple on social media. “We’re incredibly grateful for this experience, but our priority is protecting our peace and our family.”

The statement continued, “We are fully committed to each other and our beautiful children. We want to thank everyone for all the love and support you’ve shown us. Thank you to Bravo and the team for everything. We are looking forward to what the next chapter brings.”

In the three seasons that Booko and Sanchez were in the show, they opened up about being parents to four kids under four. Sanchez joined the show weeks after having twin daughters and opened up about postpartum and the difficulties of parenting while maintaining a career. The couple welcomed a fourth child in 2025.

The past two seasons have been rough for the couple, as Booko had been accused of alcohol abuse, which then made their co-stars uncomfortable as his behavior on-camera became unhinged. Booko was also accused of inappropriate conduct by fellow co-stars Jasmine Goode and Melissa Carelli, which the show addressed, with all parties agreeing to move on after several apologies.

Season 3 ended with Booko displaying behavior that his co-stars had called out multiple times during the season. A heated argument between Booko and Janet and Jason Caperna didn’t end well when the former Disney Channel star referenced Jason’s knee injury, calling it a “bum leg.” This prompted Janet to stand up, grab a cup that held liquid, and throw it Booko’s way. At the reunion, the parties reached no resolution.

The Valley, a spinoff of Vanderpump Rules, followed the ensemble cast as they settled down far away from the bustling bar life of West Hollywood. The most recent season featured Daniel Booko, Luke Broderick, Janet Caperna, Jason Caperna, Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, Jesse Lally, Nia Sanchez, Michelle Saniei, Jasmine Goode, Zack Wickham, Lala Kent, and Tom Schwartz.
