David and Victoria Beckham were at the front of the crowd watching their youngest son Cruz perform at Reading festival with his band The Breakers over the weekend.
And the proud parents couldn’t get enough of their offspring’s ‘amazing’ performance as they waxed lyrical while greeting him backstage after the show.
The former pro footballer, 51, wrapped Cruz, 21, in a warm embrace as they reunited outside his trailer in the grounds of the famous festival.
David could be heard telling Cruz that his band’s performance was ‘amazing’ as he told him ‘well done’, while Victoria said: ‘I’m so proud of you!’
His younger sister Harper, 15, also heaped praise on him and told him that the gig was ‘insane’, after she had joined him on stage to throw T-shirts to the audience. His brother Romeo, 24, was also with them.
Fashion designer Victoria, 52, also said she was impressed with her son’s stage look, which included an orange crop top and jeans, telling him: ‘I love what you’re wearing.’

David could then be heard commenting on the atmosphere in the tent, on the Canopy stage, asking Cruz: ‘Crowd was great no? Yeah wicked.’
Rounding out the video, Cruz spoke to the camera and said: ‘I am absolutely buzzing, yo Reading – you guys turnt it up! It was the best crowd reception we’ve ever had. That was insane.
‘Thank you Reading, thank you to all the supporters. Holy s*** that was insane! It was all rainy but that was very fun I’m exhausted, we’re gonna get McDonalds. I love you all.’
Cruz greeted the festival crowd by saying ‘welcome to the nepo stage,’ making light of the talk about all of the celebrity offspring performing in that tent.
The musician ‘got in the zone’ by watching Michael Jackson videos backstage, while Victoria was every inch the stage mum as she snapped pictures on her camera.
The organisers of Reading and Leeds Festival had sparked outrage after they removed an outlet designed for up-and-coming bands… to make room for a host of nepo babies, including Cruz’s band The Breakers.
When the event was held over the weekend, revellers were treated to performances from the likes of Charli xcx, Dave, Raye and Florence + The Machine.
Yet longtime attendees will have noticed a big change to the event this year – with the BBC Introducing Stage suddenly no longer there.

For almost 20 years, BBC Introducing was a space at the festival for unsigned artists to showcase their talents to a wider audience – with all the aforementioned headliners previously performing there.
This year, however, BBC Introducing was replaced by an area entitled the Canopy Stage, billed as a ‘home for new and breaking acts’.
However, among those acts on the Canopy Stage were Violet Grohl (daughter of Dave Grohl); Cruz Beckham (son of David and Victoria Beckham); People I’ve Met (fronted by Moses Martin, son of Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow); and Villanelle (fronted by Gene Gallagher, son of Liam Gallagher and Nicole Appleton) – leading fans to dub it the ‘Nepo Baby Stage’.
December 10, who found fame when they were formed on Simon Cowell’s Netflix series The Next Act, were also showcased on the Canopy Stage.
During his gig, Cruz dedicated a song to ‘my little sister’ before Harper joined him on stage.

The 15-year-old braved the stage to throw T-shirts into the crowd with Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30.

Cruz said: ‘This show is our second to last show on this tour and we’ve had an incredible time. It’s been amazing seeing everybody and just want to thank you for all the love and all the support.
‘This next song, I’d like to dedicate to my little sister who’s just dancing right there. It’s called, Nobody.’
The youngest of the Beckham sons has had an incredible year touring the UK with his band and earlier this month they released their EP Wear & Tear.
And after a summer touring around Europe on their luxury £16million yacht, his parents made sure to jet back from the Amalfi Coast to rainy Reading in time to watch their son play The Canopy stage at the renowned festival.
Despite the torrential rain, the former footballer, 51, and Posh Spice, 52, were undeterred.
A concertgoer told the Daily Mail: ‘They are all there listening and supporting Cruz and Victoria has been embracing David affectionately while watching.’
Jackie also made sure to support the star as she took to her Instagram Story earlier in the day wearing a bright yellow T-shirt which read: ‘Cruz Beckham sang to me.’
