TULSA, Okla. — Two people are dead and one in custody following a shooting at a Tulsa tow company.
The Tulsa Police Department says that on Friday at around 11:00 a.m., officers were called to a shooting at Mikes Towing LLC in the 1100 block of North Garnett Road.
Upon arriving, officers found three people who had been shot.

According to investigators, the shooting started as a dispute over a towed vehicle and turned physical in the office area. As two men began to fight, the suspect, Darius Jones, pulled out a firearm and pointed it at the business’s owner.
When the owner attempted to defend himself by pulling out his own gun, Jones fired striking the owner and owner’s wife.
The owner of the company then returned fire striking Jones in the arm.
The owner of the business was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The owner’s wife was declared dead at the scene. Neither of their names have been released by officials.
Jones was transported to the hospital for treatment and was arrested for two counts of murder following his release from the hospital.
