Jessie James Decker reveals she is planning on undergoing another plastic surgery procedure to downsize her prior breast augmentation.
The country singer, 38, said she scheduled an appointment to go under the knife ‘to take out my VERY large breast implants’ via an Instagram post on Friday.
She shared a video of herself exercising with a yoga ball and penned a lengthy caption explaining her decision to go smaller.
She expressed her excitement about ‘finally setting things into motion’ after having ‘been talking about this for probably six months’ already.
Her candid post comes shortly after she revealed the stunning results of her fitness journey and shared before-and-after weight loss photos after giving birth to four children in 10 years.
‘Flipping out because Ive officially locked in the date and made the decision to take out my VERY large breast implants,’ she began in her caption.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Decker’s representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Decker said she ‘would love to explant altogether’ but said that she would, instead, be getting smaller implants as a replacement.
‘I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet. I’ve had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all,’ she continued.
‘What I think I’m ready for is what they’re calling juicy ballerina boobies!?’
She said that because of her fitness journey and her ‘strong girl era,’ she wanted to change her D-cup bra size too.
‘I don’t want anything holding me back,’ she added. ‘This strong girl Era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me.’
She admitted: ‘I just don’t feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore.’
Decker also explained that giving birth to her youngest child Denver in 2024 also ‘kick-started this whole “less is more” chapter for me.’

She added: ‘I want less maintenance in my life and I’m embracing my natural girl era!
‘Maybe it’s getting closer to 40, but I’ve reached this place where I want to feel the most like myself,’ she continued.
‘Having a daughter has made me think about it even more. I never want her to feel like she has to do all this upkeep to feel beautiful.
