Holly Willoughby‘s new YouTube show Together is thought to be worth a staggering £5million, with a contract lasting around 18 months.

The former This Morning host, 45, launched her first episode of the show last month, with desperate attempts at relatability thanks to swearing and unsubtle innuendos with first guest, The Devil Wears Prada star Stanley Tucci, 65.

It has already had around 350,000 views in August so far and a growing number of subscribers.

And Holly’s big money partnership with healthcare brand Voy is understood to be worth millions.

A source said: ‘Voy paid in the region of £5million to work with Holly on Together.

‘Their contract is with the production company Hungry Bear Media but of course they have bought into Holly and her programme ideas and they think her fans and followers are the kind of people who use their products.

‘It’s a big money deal for Holly, although lots of that money is tied into making the shows and she is very keen to stress that Together is something she wants to build as a programme in the years to come, hopefully with Voy continuing to be on board as it grows and grows,’ they added to The Mirror.

The Daily Mail has approached Holly’s representatives and Voy for comment.

After three years out of the spotlight since she stepped down from This Morning in 2023, Holly launched her new YouTube show, Together.

It failed to impress critics – with a one-star review comparing her show to Meghan Markle‘s attempt to enter the lifestyle realm with her own show last year.

Last March, Meghan launched a Netflix lifestyle series, which was blasted, leading to The Guardian branding Holly’s show ‘a marginally less agonising With Love, Meghan’ while The Telegraph stated: ‘[Holly’s] dire show makes Meghan look good.’

And 24 hours after it was posted to her YouTube channel, it had received 41,000 views. She now has an incredible 19,300 subscribers to the channel.

For context The Rest Is Entertainment launched in November 2023 and currently has 138K subscribers. It currently sits as one of the top three entertainment podcasts in the UK.

Their episode went up on the same day as Holly’s episode with Stanley. Their episode has accumulated an impressive 84,000 views.

Holly Willoughby’s new YouTube show Together – what are the critics saying?

The Mirror

Rating:

‘Holly Willoughby’s new YouTube show has the right ingredients but they aren’t used correctly. She swears five seconds into it, something we aren’t used to seeing her do on our screens in the daytime. But don’t worry, this is Holly 2.0 showing how relaxed and different she is now she is in control and away from the general rules of TV on YouTube,’ says Mark Jefferies.

The Guardian

Rating:

‘The former This Morning host has done a Meghan, rebranding herself as a cookery guru with a YouTube show that veers from agonisingly dull courgette slicing to sweary banter. Somehow, in spite of it all, I am rooting for her,’ says Stuart Heritage.

The Telegraph

Rating:

‘Not even Stanley Tucci can redeem this 50-minute borefest of awkward small talk, forced swearing and pie tin trivia’, Anita Singh brutally wrote. ‘Holly Willoughby’s dire YouTube show makes Meghan look good. With Love, Meghan is a masterpiece compared to this borefest – the Duchess of Sussex a veritable Anthony Bourdain.

‘Even Meghan’s producers had the good sense to keep changing things up, editing her so she whizzed from rainbow fruit platters to flower arranging to holding guests hostage while potato printing. Yes, With Love, Meghan was demented, but at least it was demented in different ways.’

The Times

Rating:

Carol Midgley thinks: ‘Will it be a success? Well, it looks nice, Holly may take her fanbase with her, and her profile means she will probably be able to entice a good quality of guest. Tucci was, as usual, effortlessly charismatic and at ease in front of the camera, and his recipe for spaghetti con zucchine alla Nerano looked very tasty.’
