Cruz Beckham kissed Jackie Apostel and said ‘I love you more than ever’ as they celebrated two years as a couple.

The music producer, 30, and the Beckhams’ youngest son, 21, were first linked in June 2024 when they were spotted at the Glastonbury Music Festival.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Cruz shared a sweet post to celebrate their anniversary.

In one clip, Jackie could be seen wearing a face mask while Cruz leans in to give her a sweet kiss and tells her how much he loves her.

He also included adorable snaps of them at a concert, Jackie as a child, and a fun clip of her dancing to Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean.

The singer captioned the post: ‘Jackie it’s been two years, I love you more than ever, Happy Anniversary my love. I am forever grateful for you. You make me the best version of myself x.’

It comes after Jackie shared details about how her romance with Cruz began, as she opened up to fans in an Instagram Q&A.

Giving more insights into how the couple fell for each other, Jackie answered questions about their initial meeting and first real date.

She explained she first met her musician boyfriend in the music studio, with the pair quickly becoming pals before the friendship turned into something more.

‘We got put in a writing session and just like both were so obsessed with what we were doing and music,’ she recalled. ‘We became really good friends and then here we are!’

In response to one of her followers asking to know more about their first date, Cruz could be heard in the background playfully arguing with Jackie over the details.

He first insisted it had been at a rooftop cinema, before his girlfriend pushed back and he amended: ‘It was! I mean, maybe it was a studio session… The one that went till like 3am.’

Clarifying the answer to fans, Jackie explained: ‘So me and Cruz went to the studio and we sat in the studio until 3am, but like you didn’t even kiss me!’

She continued: ‘We were just sitting there, so I feel that doesn’t count as a first date,’ as Cruz interrupted to defend himself: ‘I was nervous!’

Jackie acknowledged that the studio session was still monumental despite the lack of romantic overtures from Cruz, saying they both knew there were feelings there.

‘To be fair we knew though, it felt different from other sessions’, she admitted. ‘And then the next day we went to a rooftop cinema with friend Stella who third-wheeled us. And that was our first real date.’

Elsewhere in the Q&A, she gave further insights into her relationship with Cruz and his famous family, reluctantly answering the question about who was funnier out of the two of them: ‘Cruz I admit’.

While Jackie also sweetly let it slip that she was currently re-watching mid-noughties teen drama The OC with his little sister Harper, 14.

She also confessed to being naturally ‘very shy and self-conscious’ but said she gained confidence from surrounding herself with people ‘who remind you of the good things that sometimes you don’t see yourself.’

And she heaped praise on musical artists for putting themselves out there, following Cruz’s recent debut headline tour with his band The Breakers.

Alluding to her pride for her boyfriend, Jackie said it was hard for artists to keep on pushing through to achieve their dream in the face of constant negativity online.

‘I think it’s massively scary and that’s the reason I don’t do it and wouldn’t be able to do it,’ she said. ‘And I feel like especially nowadays, so much of succeeding as an artist depends on self-promotion and like putting yourself out there constantly.

‘And like it’s very much completely up to you to believe in yourself, but also believe in yourself so loudly that other people do. And that’s really hard on a day-to-day basis, especially if it takes a while for people to catch on and you have to constantly keep pushing through.’

She continued: ‘There’s a lot of negativity online and sometimes it’s not a very nice place and no matter how good you are or what level you’re at I feel like that never goes away.

‘So I definitely feel like the one thing you need is to want it more than anything and to love it more than anything and that is not easy I’m sure.’

Jackie has proven to be a valuable help when it comes to Cruz’s burgeoning music career, contributing to his creative process when it comes to writing songs and promoting them online.

The youngest Beckham boy has earned himself a growing legion of fans after releasing a long awaited debut single in 2025.

Last month, the musician celebrated the release of the song Waste Your Pain, by stripping off to pose nude on a jetty in coastal Miami, with only the record preserving his modesty.

The track explores the themes of self‑love, acceptance and starting fresh and was recorded with his band The Breakers, and produced by Justin Raisen and Lewis Pesacov, whose credits include Kim Gordon, Joji and Charli XCX.

And on Friday, The Breakers dropped yet another new single, Yeah Yeah Yeah, with an accompanying music video that features performance footage from their UK and European tour earlier this year.

Speaking on the release, Cruz took the moment to praise his famous parents David and Victoria for ‘never stifling him’ despite him being a ‘little s**t’, amid the family’s ongoing feud with his estranged brother Brooklyn, 27.

He said: ‘I’ve always kind of been a little s**t growing up. Lucky for me, that cheeky and unserious side of myself was never muffled, and in maturing I try to stay true to myself.

‘I feel like this track is about the moments where you want to make life slightly less serious and just have a bit of fun.’

The song comes off the back of Cruz’s critically acclaimed debut headline tour, which saw him and The Breakers play grassroots venues across the UK before wrapping with three nights at London’s Courtyard Theatre.

The shows saw The London Standard praising Cruz as ‘impish, likeable, possessed of a clear talent’ in their four-star review.

Meanwhile, CLASH said: ‘This is a band on the come up, leaning into the music first. No overproduction, no pretense, just a tight, energetic set with real moments of personality and potential.’

Metro added: ‘He might just be a rock star in the making. He can sing, he’s a great guitarist, and nothing about his new venture seems forced.’
