The actress, 47, showed off her enviably taut face and flawless complexion while posing for photographers in a busty white peplum dress.
Amping up her natural beauty, she wore smoky brown eyeshadow, peach blush and a mauve-toned lip.
Holmes, who recently shared her ‘minimal’ makeup routine with fans, completed her look with a black clutch purse and strappy nude sandals.
She was joined at this year’s soiree, which honored her contributions and advocacy for the arts, by her rarely-seen mother, Kathleen A. Stothers-Holmes.
The 79-year-old flashed a beaming smile as she posed with one arm wrapped around her famous daughter’s waist.

The American Ballet Theatre’s 2026 Spring Gala was held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City and brings together ‘leaders in the arts, philanthropy, and entertainment for an evening celebrating dance and creativity,’ as per the official website.
The night also offered a preview of Artistic Director Susan Jaffe’s Don Quixote, which is for American Ballet Theatre’s 2026 Summer season at the Metropolitan Opera House.
Holmes was noted as a ‘longtime supporter of ABT’ in a press release announcing her as this year’s honoree.
‘Katie Holmes embodies the spirit of artistic curiosity and commitment that defines ABT. Her genuine love for the arts and steadfast support of our mission make her a truly deserving honoree,’ Jaffe said in a statement in March.
Also in attendance at Wednesday’s event was fashion designer Zac Posen, 45, and legendary journalist Katie Couric, 69.

After seeing photos of her taut face in public in 2026, some fans expressed their thoughts on Reddit, with one writing, ‘How does she look like she is in her 20s? What fountain of youth is she drinking from?’ and another commenting, ‘Is this 2006? Katie still looks like Joey Potter from Dawson’s Creek. Did she get a lift?’
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Kahn has also weighed in on the actress’s wrinkle-free appearance.
‘She doesn’t have any wrinkles on her cheeks which could mean she is using a Microdermabrasion which erases fine lines,’ he told the Daily Mail. ‘It is a minimally invasive skin resurfacing treatment that gently exfoliates the skin’s outermost layer,’ he added.
‘Microdermabrasion takes away dead cells and creates a new surface and a more even-toned skin. It really erases years off a person’s face.’
Kahn also suggested that the Hollywood star could be using hyaluronic acid to help her skin ‘look healthy.’
While Holmes has never admitted to getting plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures like Botox, she has been open about other aspects of her beauty routine.
Over the weekend, she appeared makeup-free on Instagram to demonstrate the basic steps she takes to get ready for her day.
In the video, which was posted Sunday, Holmes was seen applying concealer and foundation, dabs of blush, lip liner and lip gloss.

‘In daily life, I do very minimal makeup because I don’t feel that confident in my ability to put on makeup,’ she explained to her 3.2 million followers. ‘Also, I’m a 90s kid. That was cool back then, and I guess I still think it’s the 90s.’
She also said that she’s recently been getting ‘lessons on how to apply blush’ by her makeup artist.
Holmes, who is mom to 20-year-old daughter Suri with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 63, has also shared her thoughts on aging in recent years.
In 2021, she told PEOPLE that she is ’embracing her age with gratitude’ and that her radiant ‘joy comes from within.’
