WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in D.C. are investigating after two men were shot in Northeast on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), at around 2:05 p.m., officers responded to the 4400 block of Allison St., at the intersection of 19th Place, for a shooting. This is near the Maryland, D.C. line.
There, they found two men who had been shot.
Responders took them to the hospital for treatment.
Following the shooting, officers were searching for two suspects, one of which was wearing a gray hoodie, light jeans and one Dior shoe, according to MPD. Police described the other suspect as wearing “a dark color hoodie.”
The investigation is ongoing.
